Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and okply ("okply," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okply.cam. By accessing, registering for, or using the okply platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

Your continued use of the okply platform following any posted modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not accept these Terms at any time, your sole remedy is to immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account. okply reserves the right to require you to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms at any time.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms posted on the okply platform, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms as if fully set out herein. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the okply platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations for casino-style gambling activities;
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
3. You are accessing the okply platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
4. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of okply, or a close family member of any such person;
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from the okply platform or excluded by PAGCOR's self-exclusion program;
7. You are accessing the platform solely for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.

okply is committed to preventing underage gambling. We employ robust age verification procedures at the point of registration and may require you to submit valid government-issued identification documents at any time, including UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, or postal ID. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an individual aged 21 or above will be suspended and any associated balances will be held pending investigation.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of okply's gaming services, you must create a single registered account ("Account"). Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the okply platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to promptly update any information that changes to ensure your Account details remain accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. okply will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs on your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you, unless you have notified okply of a security breach as described below.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or that an unauthorized third party has access to your credentials, you must notify okply immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. okply will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.

Deposits & Payment Methods

okply accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), InstaPay bank transfers, and over-the-counter payment at participating outlets including 7-Eleven. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at okply's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed in the Account deposit section.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount and aggregate daily deposit limit depend on your account verification tier and the payment method used. Verified accounts enjoy higher limits. All deposits are credited to your okply gaming wallet in Philippine Pesos. okply does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your okply Account are held in a segregated player funds account, separate from okply's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Deposits made into your okply Account are for gaming purposes only and are subject to these Terms. okply reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or limit any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

By depositing funds into your okply Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the rightful owner or authorized user of the payment instrument used; (b) the funds are not derived from any unlawful activity; and (c) your use of the payment instrument complies with all applicable laws and the terms of your agreement with your payment provider.

Withdrawals & Payout Policy

You may request a withdrawal of your available okply Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method. okply does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that are different from those used to make the original deposit.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the following timeframes:

• GCash: Within 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Maya (PayMaya): Within 10 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• InstaPay / Bank Transfer: Within 1–24 hours on banking days

okply reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where fraud is suspected. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the suspension of your withdrawal request. okply will not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

okply offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to its players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all okply promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• okply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or use of multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds;
• okply reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if abuse or fraud is detected.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the okply platform — including Fortune Tree, Mine, Bingo, Slot games, and live casino titles — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG systems ensure that all game outcomes are entirely random, unpredictable, and free from manipulation by any party, including okply.

Each game has its own specific rules, payout tables, Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages, and volatility ratings, which are published within the game interface or on the game information page. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game round interruption, okply's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. If a malfunction results in an incorrect display of winnings, the correct outcome as recorded by okply's server logs shall prevail. okply maintains comprehensive server-side transaction records that are available for dispute resolution purposes.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okply platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

1. Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21 years of age;
2. Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one Account, whether under your own name or another person's identity;
3. Identity fraud: Providing false identification information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method;
4. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or multi-player games;
5. Money laundering: Using the okply platform to conceal, transfer, or launder proceeds of unlawful activity;
6. Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through systematic play, value extraction, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
7. Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, data mining software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage or to access the platform in a manner not intended;
8. Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider;
9. Hacking or tampering: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to okply's systems, databases, or source code.

Responsible Gaming

okply is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all its platforms and games. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment and recreation, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If gaming becomes a source of stress, financial harm, or compulsive behavior, we strongly encourage you to utilize the tools and resources available to help you regain control.

okply provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a given time period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or one year. Permanent self-exclusion is also available upon request;
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break of 24 or 48 hours during which access to gaming is blocked.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property rights on the okply platform — including but not limited to the okply brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, game software, text, music, sound effects, and any other multimedia content — are owned by or licensed to okply and are protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okply platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the okply platform without our express written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to okply regarding the platform may be used by okply without obligation or compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okply's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okply shall not be liable for any of the following, even if okply has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, network outages, or third-party service failures;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Losses arising from your violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okply's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

okply collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at okply.cam/privacy-policy) and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By using the okply platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and (where you have consented) marketing communications.

okply implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption of data in transit and encryption of sensitive data at rest.

Amendments to Terms

okply reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, okply will notify registered players via email to their registered address or by posting a prominent notice on the okply platform. The updated Terms will indicate the effective date of the revision.

Your continued use of the okply platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure. Your account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard identity verification.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the okply platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

okply operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR's rules, regulations, and oversight. For disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedure, players may refer their complaint to PAGCOR.

okply's internal complaint procedure is as follows: (1) Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation; (2) okply will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days; (3) okply aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days; (4) If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to PAGCOR.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
